The entire home is airy and bright, but the heart of the home (the open living area) is drenched in sunlight. In the mornings you’ll love to curl up on one of the armchairs with a cuppa and a good read. Come evening time, you can pop an episode on of the latest Netflix series on the Smart TV.
For the days not spent at the beach, there are plenty of board games and books to keep you busy. But when the sun is shining, the garden is the place to be! It is fully fenced, and the grass is perfect for the little ones. Speaking of little ones, there’s even a room dedicated for them – complete with porta cot, high chair and bathroom step stool.
The sparkling kitchen is equipped for every meal, from a quick before heading out for the day, to a full Christmas spread. And the bathroom is equally as equipped. Plus, you’re sure to love the spacious shower featuring a large rainfall shower head. It’s no wonder why Port Willunga beach is one of the most adored southern beaches and one of the most photographed. Its soft sandy beach is overlooked by cliffs where fishermen once carved out caves to store their boats and nets, and the old Jetty pylons, also known as 'the sticks', are all that remain of this coastal village's early days as a grain port. The rotting timbers of the remains of the Star of Greece, a three-masted, iron cargo ship, which wrecked here in 1888 are also popular among divers.
Between Port Willunga and Maslin Beach is a little cove known as Blanche Point. This 'high up' walk allows you breathtaking views right from the top of the cliffs that line the St Vincent Gulf waters. Starting from the sandy Star of Greece car park or Willunga Creek, navigate your way through the scrubby sands, past Lions Head point, and Chinaman Gully before reaching the extremely photogenic Blanche Point.
