Home to idyllic views, eclectic flair, and fond family memories.
If cookie cutter just won’t cut it for your beach escape, you’ve found the one. An eclectic eye with minimalist flair effortlessly mixes historic features and modern sensibilities – creating a unique yet inviting and comfortable space.
Take your time wandering around, glimpsing into the rich history of Port Willunga, as told through the collection of paintings and maps throughout. Pick up a book that you can’t put down, cosy up in front of the wood-burning fireplace, and use the telescope to watch distant ships sailing by. Experience Port Willunga, authentically.
The main floor welcomes you with a foyer, flooded by light from the large glass windows. With mid-century lounges and a wide view of the ocean, makes this a great place for a catch-up over coffee. You’ll be treated to the same breath-taking view from the master bedroom, and formal lounge upstairs plus two of the bedrooms downstairs.
If you’re after something a little more secluded, head upstairs to the lounge and settle into the armchair with a good read, or perch up on the desk and let your imagination flow – can you think of a more inspiring spot than on-looking the golden coast? There are also plenty of spaces for everyone to come together in, spending that much-anticipated quality time; a board game on the coffee table, a homecooked meal at the dinner table, or a platter of local treats in the garden.
Passed down through generations, Strandhus has been home to many a memorable vacation. The family would now love to share their piece of paradise with you and yours.

A spot for the avid insta-grammer. Affectionately known as ‘Port Willy’, Port Willunga is one of the most beloved suburbs; and it’s easy to see why! The beach is famous for its golden cliff faces, caves, jetty remains, and soft white sands. Sections of the hull of the Star of Greece remain on the ocean floor and make for a popular diving spot. Your go to 'hang out' will for sure be the bustling old township of Aldinga – a quaint old village that enjoys a modern twist.
