Shelley is not only the Director of Century 21 SouthCoast, but also an accomplished Sales Agent. She uses her extensive market & property knowledge to appraise homes based on their Holiday Rental potential but can also offer realistic Sale and Residential Rental appraisals; this allows our clients to astutely compare and assess their options.

    Holiday Property Manager & Guest Liaison

    Tracy is the main point of contact for our property owners and guests. She assists our guests before, during & after their stay with enquires, placing bookings, and recommendations. She also assists our owners with property management duties such as maintenance and inventory advice.

      Trust Accountant & Housekeeping Manager
      Lynn has been with our team for more than 6 years, and during that time has built an extensive knowledge of our homes, the industry and local market. She ensures a high standard is maintained by our Housekeeping team and provides our property owners with in-depth financial reports.

            We have a large Inspection and Housekeeping team of up to 20 employees during Summer. Our team has a sharp attention to detail and cleanliness. Each member takes great pride in preparing our homes for your stay.
