Shelley is not only the Director of Century 21 SouthCoast, but also an accomplished Sales Agent. She uses her extensive market and property knowledge to appraise homes based on their Holiday Rental potential but can also offer realistic Sale and Residential Rental appraisals; this allows our clients to astutely compare and assess their options.

Nadine Jansma

Guest Liaison & Housekeeping Manager

Nadine is the dedicated point of contact for all of your guests. She assists with all enquiries, quotes, arrivals/departures, booking administration, etc. Nadine also manages all housekeeping activities and our large team of housekeepers. She ensures our high standards are always upheld and the health and safety of our clients and staff.

Alecia Gibbs

Holidays Trust Account Manager

Alecia manages our trust account, ensuring all accounting processes are completed in accordance with statutory requirements.  She is also experienced in all areas of the holidays department and provides valuable office support to our team.

James Barbary

Office Manager

James has played a significant part in building our Holiday business from the ground up, having been with our team since 2003. Predominantly working ‘behind the scenes’, James provides unrivalled market/industry insights, develops custom solutions for the team, and offers technical support for guests and property owners.

Housekeeping & Inspection Team

We have a large Inspection and Housekeeping team of up to 30 employees during Summer. Our team has a sharp attention to detail and cleanliness. Each member takes great pride in preparing our homes.
