Being able to walk to the beach is a little hard to come by in holiday homes, but here you’re a mere 300ms from a gentle stepping path down to the beach.

Inside you’ve got everything you need to enjoy our cruisy coastal lifestyle. Aesthetically the home boasts a traditional Aussie beach house style but with all the mod cons you’d expect and more throughout – from the all-important WIFI, Smart TV, and coffee machine to massage showers and ample heating & cooling options. Plus, the little touches make all the difference such as clothing storage in all bedrooms.

Perfect for family holidays the board games, books, bathtub, and fully fenced yard make this home as practical as it is enchanting.

Aldinga Beach is just a 1-minute walk away or 4-minute cruise to drive-on access. Hop on the Jet Ski and cruise the coastline, explore the rock pools or head down just before sunset with a picnic basket in tow. With flat compact sand you can drive on (no need for a 4×4) and launch the boat or simply load the car up and set up for a long day under the sun. The beautiful Port Willunga beach is also only a short 5-minute drive away, or a leisurely stroll along the Esplanade. 

Just around the corner is Sicily Mare Pizzeria, known for their delectable traditional wood fire pizza and sure to be hit in Summer is their artisan Gelato.
