- Balcony: Fantastic views to Sellicks Beach and across to William Eatts reserve
- 3 outdoor settings: High table with 6 bar stools, 2 & 3 seater couches, 2 lounge chairs with coffee table, 10 seater table with chairs

- Lounge: Coffee table, 2 and 3 seater lounges, buffet and 60 inch LCD Smart TV
