Long Term Stays
For those relocating to the area or in need of furnished accommodation for a month or more, these homes offer a ‘long term discounted rate’ for stays 28 nights or longer. This rate is available between February and November, with prices starting at $490 per week (plus linen & departure clean). Additional cleaning & linen services can be arranged if required.
A bond of $1,000 (to be held in a trust account) is required for all ‘long term stays’. For full T&Cs, please contact our friendly team.
